11. Employee Screening & Performance Evaluation Integration
The implementation of The Work Doctor® Blueprint for a Bullying-Free Workplace Program should render the work environment in Client organizations safer and more productive. To complement our consulting services and to equip Human Resources to institutionalize the commitment to a bullying-free workplace, Work Doctor integrates the principles codified in the Policy with existing or new HR practices.

- Screening tools to ascertain undesirable antisocial, hyper-aggressive tendencies in individuals who are current or future employees

- New Employee Orientation -- Videotaping of Work Doctor education sessions

- Performance Evaluation behavioral scales that hold employees accountable for Policy- compliant conduct

12. Program Marketing Plan Design
We collaboratively design post-implementation program communication plans for both internal customers and to the general business public. An efficient and timely rollout to employees is coordinated.

Work Doctor graphic designers create custom ancillary materials to communicate the new commitment to a Bullying-Free Workplace. We can design and print posters, brochures, flyers, buttons, procedural reminder cards, and customized program logos. Materials also may be designed to communicate to customers, vendors and suppliers.

If desired and only when appropriate, Work Doctor can coordinate with the Client's public relations staff the outreach to broadcast and print media to showcase the organization's initiative. Positioning the Client in the business community as a leading employer to enhance recruitment and retention is the goal. Work Doctor principal consultants regularly appear on Dateline NBC, Today Show, Good Morning America, Nightline, CNN and in the
NY Times, Wall St. Journal, LA Times, Chicago Tribune and hundreds of other media . See the complete list of our media appearances.

13. Restorative Intervention for Affected Work Teams
The Work Doctor, post-bullying healing and rebuilding process with affected team members combines: (a) Discovery through private, confidential interviews of the level of harm, (b) Identification of unresolved issues, (c) Communication tools to bolster individuals' ability to prevent future abuse, (d) Sessions to educate the Group and to facilitate shared experiences for healing, (e) Refocusing of Group efforts to improve and protect their workplace, (f) Referrals to appropriate health professionals when warranted.

The person(s) targeted by the bully deserves special support and restoration. Prepaid confidential telephone consultations with Work Doctor professionals is available. Or in-person consultations can be coordinated with other on-site services.

14. Monitoring Compliance with the New Policy
Policy-compliant performance by designated individuals can be ensured via periodic evaluations. These 360-degree assessments are completed online. Work Doctor will provide the measures, gather data, complete statistical analyses, and file reports and recommendations.

15. Written Report
Work Doctor consultants provide either a verbal summary or a written report describing trends in the current climate with specific examples of undermining factors that emerged during interviews (Current Climate Assessment). Specifics incidents are described while preserving source anonymity. Post-implementation reports would ideally contrast pre-and post-Policy prevalence rates and positive impact on a designated set of financial and productivity indicators.
