- The comprehensive University curriculum covers the differences between Toxic and Illegal Conduct, Why Abuse Happens, Profiles of Perpetrators & Targeted Individuals, Stress-Related Health Harm on People, Economic Impact, and other topics.
- We make it easy to schedule all training in the format you choose – individual or in-person & remote participation. – at your own pace at convenient times.
- Next comes the Team Training module covering Operations and Key Skills preparing members to serve.
- Team Members choose one or more service roles matched to their talents.
- The Team then has the expertise and ability to prevent & correct toxicity.
- The Team designs & delivers education (template training materials provided in the Blueprint resources) and mental health first aid & support for all employees, and leads the sustainable Thriving Workplace initiative for the organization.
