The 2-day session opens with an introduction to Workplace Bullying by our expert consultant. Then, representatives from participating employers work as a collaborative writing group as if they were an internal team in a larger organization.
The PWG creates three results/deliverables to take back to sites ready for instant implementation.
1. A specific Anti-Bullying Policy with: a loophole-free definition, illustrative examples, distinction from other negative behaviors, prohibition of retaliation , anti-fraud protection
2. Enforcement Procedures that include: complaint handling, fact-finding processes, designation of investigators, response timeframes, innovative remedies, communicating results internally
3. Policy and Procedures Rollout: integration with existing policies, inculcate the new intolerance of bullying, announcements, internal and external, a training and education plan
