Workplace Bullying University®

A 3-day immersion in the phenomenon taught by the Drs. Namie, Work Doctor principals and founders of the Workplace Bullying Institute, acknowledged as the most proficient North American experts. Dr. Gary Namie was a university professor in management and psychology departments. Dr. Ruth Namie earned her PhD in clinical psychology.

The graduate-level, small group training relies heavily on research. Discussions focus on contributions from the fields of occupational health, epidemiology, social and management sciences. The training includes state-of-the-art empirical findings.

A cross section of disciplines is typically represented in each group -- HR, counselors and psychologists, attorneys, training consultants, union officers, educators, and managers. University includes extensive take-home materials.

The tuition for a participant licenses the use of our materials within the organization. The ideal use of our University training is to establish an internal Expert Peers Team that can train the entire organization and serve many useful services for colleagues.

The two training options, new for 2013, are to (1) send one or more qualified representatives to Workplace Bullying University® sessions offered quarterly in 2013 in Bellingham, Washington (discounts for 3 or more participants), or (2) designate 5 or more Team members to receive University training onsite.
