Workplace Bullying University
A 3-day immersion in the phenomenon taught by the Drs. Namie, Work Doctor principals and founders of the Workplace Bullying Institute, acknowledged as the most proficient North American experts. Graduate-level instruction in a small-group, interactive setting offered approximately four times per year since 2008. Dr. Gary Namie was a university professor in management and psychology departments. Dr. Ruth Namie earned her PhD in clinical psychology.
The training relies heavily on research. Discussions focus on contributions from the fields of occupational health, epidemiology, social and management sciences. It's not about opinions. The training reflects state-of-the-art empirical findings.
Ideal for HR professionals. A cross section of disciplines is typically represented in each class -- counselors and psychologists, attorneys, training consultants, union officers, educators, and managers.
University includes extensive take-home materials that enable the participant to launch an organization-wide education program focused on workplace bullying, its impact, and solutions. The tuition for a participant licenses the use of our materials within the organization. Additional participants from the same firm enjoy a discounted fee. All Workplace Bullying University sessions are held in Bellingham, Washington. Note: this training does not teach Work Doctor Blueprint consulting solutions.

Train-the-Trainer
An on-site version of the Workplace Bullying University training. Available in 2 or 3-day packages. Group size is limited and restricted to training staff employees (no external consultants). Use of materials limited to the host organization. Expenses for Train-the-Trainer include fees for two consultants and travel. We strongly suggest considering sending one or more participants to the Workplace Bullying University (described on the left) as a cost-effective solution for your training needs.

Avoid travel expenses. Designed and facilitated by Dr. Gary Namie, a webinar is an affordable alternative to an on-site speech. It's a customized speech, laced with slides and video, just as if Dr. Namie were in front of the group of your employees. We operate the slide show from our local desktop. Compatible with all webinar delivery systems. Presentations are tailored to supervisors, executives, Board members or all-hands employee audiences.
